This course is divided into 9 sections/phases to make it easy and fun for professionals/participants to understand the basics of business analysis. Those 9 sections are:

This will give insights into who all are eligible to be a BA, what is it that a BA Actually does, BA Domains and related Competencies.
Aspirants will be given detailed description on what are the different types of IT Companies and which sort of work they engage in i.e., the sort of Projects they take or the Products they develop.
SDLC Stands for Software development Life Cycle. SDLC is a systematic process for building high quality software in less time and cost. Agile and Waterfall are two of the most recognized SDLC Methodologies and we will get in detail about them in classes.
BA’s Play pivotal role during the requirement phase. Requirements elicitation mostly deals with the various elicitation technique that BA’s apply to gather/elicit requirements from the Stakeholders e.g. Interviews/ Document Analysis Etc.
Business Analysts play a very Important role during SDLC, there are various deliverables expected from BA during different SDLC Phases.
You will be trained on various real-life projects and how BA’s are responsible for creating different Documents i.e. BRD/SRD/Use case and User Stories etc along with various UML Diagrams/BPM Diagrams

This section will throw light on important terminologies and work flow related to US Healthcare along with General Insurance terminologies and types which will act as a base for domain knowledge for two of the most in demand domains of today’s IT World: US Healthcare and General Insurance.
Enterprise Analysis helps in understanding the Client Organization current working ways and figuring out gaps and feasibility to see that the Project is actually beneficial to both the client as well as vendor. It takes into account the Organization/enterprise current working ways and the current business solution to Business needs and then actually figuring out the core business needs via stakeholder analysis and then defining actual/ideal solution.
