This course is divided into 7 sections/phases to make it easy and fun for professionals/participants to understand the basics of business analysis. Those 7 sections are:
On demand doubt clearing session
Agile and Waterfall Introduction including Agile principle and values
Agile framework: Scrum, Kanban and SAFE Basics
There we will cover what is Scrum, various Scrum roles, artifacts in detail along with practical case scenarios (case scenarios are various hypothetical situations where you will be asked how you will respond as a Scrum master & widely asked in interviews and hence pretty beneficial)
Velocity/Burndown and other metrics template/format and related discussion
As a SM we need to help with Capacity planning for Sprint planning, various retro formats and demo preparation which will be discuss in these related sessions
